Discover your values and know where you belong:
Sometimes in order to be happy, you need to learn to live outside the box of your upbringing.
I have noticed that when we don't know our values our mental, physical and emotional state suffers a lot. Therefore, knowing your personal values changes your behaviour. This happened to me so I have seen it to be true.
Furthermore, values are who you really are, not who you think you should be in order to fit in. Thus, to identify your values, make a list of all the values you know or make a research on the internet on that. Set a time to go through the list of it and circle every one that your guts says fits you in. When your done, meditate properly on those words, ask yourself these simple questions;
* why is this values important in my life.
* How can I use it to better my life and people around me.
* What do I stand to get from these values.
* Am I actually living my values.
* How do I use it to make decision.
