       SQUATS: if your looking for a powerful way to boost your overall fitness and get some serious results fast from your workout routine, look no further than performing squat exercise. Squats is one workout that should be virtually everyone's routine as its simple to perform and requires no equipment, can just be done anywhere.
What makes squats a fantastic workout is that it builds muscle in our entire body and helps our muscles work more efficiently, as well as promote mobility and balance. It also burn more calories, as such, we gain enough muscles in order to perform that. However, squats prevent injuries by improving your flexibility and balance, i.e, it improves the range of motion in our ankles and hips. Its an excellent multi-purpose activity useful for toning and tightening our behind, abs, and legs. You can perform this properly by standing with your feet just over your shoulder width apart, keep your back in a neutral position and your knees centered over your feet, slowly bend your knees, hips and ankles, lowering until you reach a 90degree angle. Return to your starting position. Repeat it 15 to 20 times for 2 to 3 times a week. Remember to breath in as you lower and out as you return to your starting position.


        LYING HIP RAISES:
This moves looks easy but the worlds best trainers consider it one of the most important exercises you can do, because its a great way to work your core and switch on your flutes. However, using the hip raise can activate your glutes once again and build  more muscle all over because the glutes are such a big muscle group, they re also one of the body top calorie burners.
INSTRUCTIONS:
       lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor, place your arms out to your sides at a 45 degree angle, then raise your hips so your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Pause for like 3seconds then lower body back to the starting position.



        SIT-UPS:
this workout is a go for abdominal training exercise performed to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles.


        BUTT KICKS:
Its excellent for butt muscles and hamstrings. This exercise is very beneficial for runners who are trying to improve their stride. It can be done while jogging in place or over a distance. As your jogging, give attention to your back stride and bring your heel to your butt in an attempt to make a good contact between the two( butt and heel). But if you're not able to make a great contact with both, just try an lift your heel up as high as you can.


         LUNGES:
This exercise is used by athlete in cross training section for sports and by weight-trainers as a great fitness exercise.
To make a great lunges workout, stand and pick a point in your front to stare at so you don't look else where, keep your body straight, with your shoulder back and relaxed. Step with one leg forward, lower your hips until both knees are bent at about angle 90 degree. Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle, not pushed out too far, and make sure your other knee doesn't touch the floor. Keep the weight in your heels as you push back to your starting position.
